Donuts filled with chocolate cream

Donuts filled with chocolate cream

Let's start with the cream:

In a bowl put the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate, broken into pieces.

Add the whipped cream, transfer everything to the steam bath.

Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted.

Take the bowl from the steam bath, put the cream in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

We put the milk in a pan on the fire to be warm, we melt the butter in a bowl on a steam bath.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, sugar and mix.

Incorporate the egg, the milk gradually.

At the end we put the grated orange peel, the melted butter and we knead well.

We need to get a non-sticky, elastic and very easy to work dough.

We cover it with a thick purse, leave it to rise for an hour, an hour or so, in a warm place.

After the dough has risen, sprinkle a little flour on the work table, turn the dough over.

We break half of the dough, we spread a sheet of suitable thickness with the rolling pin.

With a glass we cut the donuts, place them in a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkled with a little flour.

We do this until we finish all the dough.

Cover them with a towel and leave the donuts to rise for 30 minutes.

Put a little more oil in a pan and heat it.

When it warms up, adjust the medium to low heat, brown the donuts, one by one, on both sides.

We take them out in the tray where they were left to ferment.

While the donuts are cooling for 5 minutes, take the cream out of the fridge, mix it at high speed until you get a foam.

We make a hole with a knife in each donut, we put the cream in a pos and in the holes we spread the cream.

Powder them with sugar and serve.

They are divine !!!
