Tomato soup

Spring came. We take the thin clothes out of the closet and find that they don't fit us anymore :)). So I decided to make only soups and dishes easier than I consumed all winter.

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 slice of celery (I had large celery)
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • green celery (I used dry)
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a handful of noodles

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


We clean the vegetables and chop the julienne, chop the onion finely. We burn the tomatoes, drizzle them and finely chop them. We put them in a pot to boil with a little water, tomato juice, oil, salt and greens.

Let the vegetables boil, then add the noodles, bring to the boil twice and turn off the heat, add the greens and cover with a lid.
