I prepared it in autumn with fresh walnuts, but given that both walnuts and pineapples can be found all year round, nothing prevents you from cooking it even in spring or summer;) The result will always be delicious, a soft and moist, with the crunchiness of walnuts to give an extra boost and make everything even more delicious! How to make pineapple and walnut cake
First clean the pineapple and cut it into small cubes.
Then start preparing the dough: beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add yogurt, oil and vanilla, then add sifted flour and yeast.
Finally, add the coarsely chopped walnuts and the pineapple.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Cook for about 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and cook for about 25 minutes.
The pineapple and walnut cake is ready: let it cool, decorate with icing sugar and serve.
