The vegetables to be cooked are cleaned, washed and boiled. Boil the thighs separately. When both the vegetables and the meat are cooked, drain the water and leave to cool. Cold, cut into small pieces. Cut the olives into rounds, and the cucumbers into small pieces, then place them on top of the vegetables and meat that were cut earlier. Then add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix and set aside. at least 1h.
