How to make beautiful Briochine
Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan with the milk, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and put the yeast and herbs.
Now pour the milk mixture and start kneading.
Knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough. Then let it rise for 1 hour and a half.
Take the dough, divide it into pieces of about 35 g and form the briochine giving the shape you prefer.
Place the briochine obtained on a greased baking sheet, then let it rise again for 1 hour and a half
Brush with milk, sprinkle with icing sugar and cover with granulated sugar.
Bake the briochine in a preheated oven at 175 ° and cook for 15 minutes.
